CT検査で偶然発見された大腿部膀胱ヘルニア

A case report of femoral bladder hernia found by computed tomography

　症例は65歳，男性。自覚症状はなく，偶然に腹部CT検査で膀胱ヘルニアを疑われ，受診となった。膀胱造影検査で膀胱ヘルニアと診断し，膀胱鏡検査にて憩室様に陥凹するヘルニア部を確認した。手術時所見は，右大腿輪から脱出した腹膜外型膀胱ヘルニアであった。非吸収性メッシュを用いたヘルニア根治術を施行した。大腿部膀胱ヘルニアの報告は，本邦では3例目であり，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　A 65-year-old man was referred to our urological department. Because of bladder hernia was incidentally suggested by abdominal computed tomography. He had no subjective symptoms. Cystography and cystoscopy disclosed bladder hernia with the herniated part from the inside of the bladder. Surgical procedures revealed extra-peritoneal-type bladder hernia occurring from the right femoral ring. Closure of the hernia orifice using non-absorbable mesh material was performed. This is the third case of femoral region bladder hernia reported in Japan. Previous reports of urinary bladder hernia were reviewed and discussed herein.
