腎後性腎不全をきたした膀胱脱

A case of post renal failure due to cystocele

　症例は79歳女性。腎盂腎炎を契機に膀胱脱による両側水腎症，腎後性腎不全が発見された。用手的に膀胱を整復し，両側尿管ステントを留置した後，膀胱脱が再脱出した際に尿管ステントが尿管内に入り込んでしまった。そのため，腟閉鎖術とともに尿管境を用いた尿管ステント抜去術を施行した。骨盤臓器脱に伴う腎後性腎不全に対して留置した尿管ステントが，脱の再発に伴い尿管内に入り込んでしまったという報告は，本症例が初めてと思われる。

　We report an experience of double pig-tail ureteral stent catheter trouble occurred during a treatment of patient with post renal failure due to cystocele. A 79-year-old woman received bilateral double pig-tail ureteral stenting for hydronephrosis due to cystocele. After she recovered,and stoodup,however cystocele recurred and right ureteral stent was drawn into the ureter. We pulled out ureteral stent by ureteroscopy,and performed vaginal closure by Le Fort procedure. This patient is the first case that ureteral stent drawn into the ureter after the reccurence of cystocele.
