経尿道的に切除した尿管海綿状血管腫

Cavernous hemangioma of ureter：A case report

　症例は28歳，男性。右側腹部痛と肉眼的血尿を主訴に近医を受診し，右尿管結石を指摘され，精査加療を目的に当科に紹介された。点滴静注腎盂造影および腹部CTにて右尿管結石と左尿管腫瘍を認めた。膀胱鏡検査では左尿管口は開大しており，尿管の蠕動運動に合わせて腫瘍が出入りしていた。尿管鏡検査にて，尿管口より約8cm上方に有茎性腫瘍を認め，レーザーにて腫瘍茎部を離断し，腫瘍を摘出した。病理組織学的診断は，海綿状血管腫であった。

　A 28-year-old man was referred to our hospital for the further examination and treatment of right ureteral stone. Radiological examinations showed right ureteral stone and a tumor at the lower portion of left ureter.

Cystoscopic examination revealed a tumor of smooth surface coming in and out from left ureteral orifice by peristalsis of the ureter. After spontaneous delivery of right ureteral stone,the whole tumor was extirpated ureteroscopically by means of severing its stalk using HoYAG laser.
