　症例は71歳，男性。2000年10月に右精巣腫瘍に対し右高位精巣摘除術を施行した。病理結果は悪性ライディッヒ細胞腫であった。同年11月，右後腹膜リンパ節転移に対し後腹膜リンパ節郭清術を施行した。病理結果はライディッヒ細胞腫の転移であった。2004年6月より肺転移が出現し，12月よりミトタン（o,p'-DDD）を投与したところ転移巣はほぼ消失した。

A 71-year-old male was reffered to our hospital for abdominal mass and painless swelling of the right scrotal content. Right high orchiectomy was performed under the diagnosis of right testicular tumor in October, 2000. Histologically, this testicular tumor was a Leydig cell tumor. Dissection of retroperitoneal lymph node was performed. The diagnosis of this lymph node was metastasis of Leydig cell tumor. Lung metastasis appeared from June, 2004. Mitotane was prescribed for the patient from December. Then, the lung metastasis disappeared mostly.（Rinsho Hinyokika 62：51-53, 2008）
