高齢者にみられた精巣ライディッヒ細胞腫

A case of Leydig cell tumor of the testis

　症例は73歳，男性。他院にて右精巣硬結を指摘されて当院を紹介され初診となった。腫瘍マーカーは正常値であったが，無痛性の右精巣硬結腫大を認め右精巣腫瘍と診断し，右高位精巣摘除術を施行した。腫瘍は充実性で結節状に数個存在し，表面は黄色調であった。病理学的診断は精巣ライディッヒ細胞腫であった。精巣ライディッヒ細胞腫は精索/間質細胞腫瘍の一種であり，精巣腫瘍の1～3％を占める。10％に悪性を認めるが，多くは良性である。本症例も病理学的診断では良性であった。本症例は本邦57症例目に相当すると思われた。

　A 73-year-old male was referred to our hospital with painless swelling of the right testis. Right high orchiectomy was performed under the diagnosis of the right testicular tumor. Histological finding was Leydig cell tumor. We reviewed 57 cases of Leydig cell tumor of the testis previously reported in Japan.
