症例は37歳，男性。右陰嚢内容の無痛性硬結を主訴に来院した。超音波検査にて右精巣の内部エコーが一部不均一で腫瘍の可能性も否定できず，高位精巣摘除術を施行した。病理組織所見はライディッヒ細胞腫であった。
A 37-year-old man presented with right intrascrotal hard painless nodule. Testicular tumor markers including AFP, β-hCG, LDH were all normal. Right high orchiectomy was performed under the diagnosis of right testicular tumor. Histopathological examination showed Leydig cell tumor with crystals of Reinke. He has been followed up for 9 years and has no metastasis or no recurrence.
