精巣ライディッヒ細胞腫の1例

A CASE OF LEYDIG CELL TUMOR OF THE TESTIS

　34歳，男性。7年間の経過観察で右精巣に初め小指頭大だった腫瘤が鶏卵大にまで増大したため高位精巣摘除術を施行し，ライディッヒ細胞腫が発見された。ライディッヒ細胞腫は組織学的に良性，悪性の区別が難しいため，経過観察が重要だが，本症は術後5年間経過し再発，転移をみないのでほぼ良性と診断した。

A 34 year-old man presented to our hospital with the chief complaint of a progressively enlargingtesticular mass over a 7-year period. A right high orchiectomy was performed. The microscopic feature werecompatible with Leydig cell tumor. He was well 5 years postoperatively. Thirty two ceses have been reportedin Japan, including our case.
