精巣ライディッヒ細胞腫の1例

A CASE OF LEYDIG CELL TUMOR OF THE TESTIS

　70歳，男性．主訴は右陰嚢腫大．陰嚢水腫の診断にて根治術を施行したが，同時に行った精巣生検の結果，偶然ライディッヒ細胞腫が発見された．諸検査の結果，明らかな転移巣は認められなかったが，病理所見のみでは悪性腫瘍の可能性を否定できず，高位精巣摘出術を施行した．組織所見では明らかな悪性像は認められなかった．術前の内分泌学的検査では特に異常所見はなかった．

A 70 year-old man presented with swelling of the right scrotum as the chief complaint. Under a diagnosis of right hydrocele testis, a right hydrocelectomy was performed. Slight enlargement of the testis with color -tone hypertrophy were found during the operation, biopsy of the testis was performed and the histological findings indicated Ledig cell tumor. The results of endocrinological examination were basicallry normal. No apparent metastatic foci were found to rule out, but malignancy right high orchiectomy was performed. No definite malignancy was found histologically.
