症例1：72歳，男性。肉眼的血尿と左下腹部痛を主訴に当科を受診した。馬蹄鉄腎に合併した左腎細胞癌T3aN0M0と診断し，左半腎摘出術，峡部離断術を施行した。Renal cell carcinoma（RCC），G2，pT3bであった。症例2：68歳，女性。CTにて異常を指摘され当科に入院した。馬蹄鉄腎に合併した左腎細胞癌T1bN0M0と診断し，左半腎摘出，峡部離断術を施行した。RCC，G2＞G1，pT1bであった。

Case 1：A 72-year-old male with the chief complaints of macrohematuria and left abdominal pain was found to have a renal cell carcinoma（RCC）on the left side of a horseshoe kidney. Left radical nephrectomy with division of the isthmus was perfomed. Histological examination showed RCC,clear cell type,grade 2,pT3b. Case 2：A 68-year-old female with left renal mass was suggested to have a RCC on the left side of a horseshoe kidney. Left radical nephrectomy with division of the isthmus was perfomed,and histological examination of the specimen showed RCC,clear cell type,grade 2＞1,pT1b.
