外傷性腎盂破裂をきたした馬蹄鉄腎

A CASE OF TRAUMATIC RUPTURE OF RENAL PELVIS ON THE HORSESHOE KIDNEY

　18歳，男性。オートバイ運転中に転倒し，救急車にて本院受診。右側腹部痛と肉眼的血尿が認められたため入院。腹部CT,DIPにて，外傷性腎盂破裂をきたした馬蹄鉄腎と診断した。ダブルビッグテイル尿管ステント留置により治療し，良好な経過であった。

A 18-year-old male patient was admitted suffering from right flank abdominal pain as well as gross-hematuria following traffic accident. He was diagnosed as traumatic rupture of right renal pelvis on the horseshoe kidney by CT and DIP. Double pig tail ureteral stent was inserted and indwelled for 10 days. The excretory urogram obtained after its removal showed no extravasation.
