　42歳，男性。指圧治療を受けており，背部を強く圧迫した際に左側背部に激痛が出現した。左腎損傷を疑われたため，当院を紹介された。受傷直後の腹部造影CTでは。馬蹄鉄腎を認めるとともに，左腎周囲に境界不明瞭でほぼ均一な水分貯留を認めた。左腎嚢胞の指圧による破裂と診断し，保存的に治療，軽快した。腎嚢胞は稀な疾患ではないが，破裂の報告は少なく，しかも指圧による報告例は本邦では初めてである。

Forty-two year old man was admitted in our hospital, complaining of left flank pain during finger pressure therapy.Abdominal CT scan revealed horseshoe kidney with irregular form water density area in left perirenal space. Diagnosis was the rupture of left renal cyst. He was treated conser-vatively. Although simple renal cyst is common disease, reports of ruputere is rear.This is the first case report ofrenal cyst rupture resulted from finger pressure therapy.
