馬蹄鉄腎に発生した腎細胞癌

Renal cell carcinoma in a horseshoe kidney：A case report

　症例は78歳，女性。肉眼的血尿を主訴に当院を受診した。CTおよび腹部大動脈造影にて馬蹄鉄腎と右腎下極の腫瘍を指摘され，峡部離断術および右腎摘除術を施行した。病理組織診断はrenal cell carcinoma，granular＞clear cell type，grade 3，INFγ，pT1bであった。術後35か月後の現在，再発の兆候は認めていない。

A 78-year-old woman visited our hospital because of asymptmatic gross hematuria. Radiological examination revealed a heterogeneous mass on the right side of a horseshoe kidney. A right nephrectomy with division of the isthmus was performed through an abdominal transperitoneal approach. Histological findings revealed grade 3,pT1b,granular＞clear cell type,renal cell carcinoma. No evidence of recurrence or metastasis was noted 35months after surgery.
