最近われわれは膀胱ガンと乳ガンいうきわめて稀有なる組合わせより成る重複ガンの1例を経験した。
しかもそれは男子例で，男子乳ガンのみをとつてみても比較的珍らしいものであり，以下に報告する。なお，重複ガンに関しては，1907年より1961年までの三橋，並木の統計6）（372例）があるが，われわれは1962年より1968年までに147例を集めたので，それと前者との比較を行ない，さらに男性乳ガンについても，2，3の統計的観察を行つてみたい。
A case of the double carcinoma composed of the transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder and the tubulo-glandular carcinoma of the breast in a 67-year-old man was reported.
This was the second case of the double carcinoma and the first of the disease in the combina-tion of the two organs in Japan.
Participation rates of various organs to the double carcinoma were statistically calculated in 147 reported cases from 1962 to 1968, and the rates were compaircd with those of Mitsuhashi and Namiki.
The rates of that of the respiratory, urinary organ and thyroid were increased, while that of GI tractus was decreased.
