緒言
膀胱パラガングリオーマは1953年Zimmermanら1）の報告を最初とするが，非常にまれな腫瘍である。われわれは最近前立腺摘除術時偶然発見された本腫瘍の1例を経験したので報告する。
A 62-year-old man was admitted to our clinic because of a complete urinary retention on Nov. 15, 1976. There were no history of serious illness. hematuria or hypertension. Rectal palpation and retro-grade urethrography revealed the presence of benign prostatic hypertrophy. No significant findings were seen in chest films and electrocardiograms. The patient had glycosuria and a pattern of mild diabetes was found in a glucose tolerance test. On several examinations, any sign of adrenosympathetic crisis was not noted.
