膀胱部パラガングリオーマの1例

PARAGANGLIOMA OF THE URINARY BLADDER: A CASE REPORT

　症例は66歳，女性。無症候性血尿を主訴に来院。17年前より高血圧の既往があるのみで，入院時現症，検査所見に異常は認めなかった。膀胱エコー，骨盤部CTスキャン，膀胱鏡の諸検査により膀胱粘膜下腫瘍と診断し，粘膜下腫瘍核出術を施行した。病理組織学的所見は膀胱パラガングリオーマであった。腫瘍の再発，転移の報告もあり，今後の十分な経過観察が必要であると思われた。

A 66-year-old woman with a history of hypertension for 17 years was admitted to our hospital because of asymptomatic hematuria. There were no noticeable physical findings and laboratory data. Blandder echo-gram, pelvic CT scan and cystoscopy disclosed a sub-mucosal tumor. The histological finding was paragang-lioma of the urinary bladder. The postoperative course was almost uneventful, however because of possible recurrence or metastasis of the tumor reported in the literature we feel careful observation is mandatory.
