最近，慢性侵蝕性膿瘍性膿皮症の経過中に，棘細胞ガンを併発した1例を経験したので報告する。
A 60-year-old man had had pyodermia chronica on the left buttock for 20 years, the diagnosis of which was confirmed histologically and bacteriologically.
He visited the hospital again 3 years later, when the lesion was enlarged and showed a large ulcer. Histologic specimen proved to be the squamous cell carcinoma.
Results of the laboratory tests were within normal range except the diabetic type of the glucose tolerance test.
The lesion was temporalily improved by injection of total dosis of 295 mg of Bleomycin. It was followed by 60Co-irradiation with the total dosis of 12, 200R on the two parts respectively.
Histologic specimen after irradiation showed no malignant infiltration.
