I．緒言

　皮膚疾患における血清あるいは血漿蛋白分画の系統的観察はすでに多くの研究者によつてなされているが，これらはいずれも比色法^{17）20）23）}，Ti-selius法^{13）15）16）21）}ないし沪紙電気泳動法^{1）〜5）9）11）}によるものであり，このうち沪紙法が最も普及していた。

　近年セルローズアセテート膜が電気泳動法に導入されてから，この支持体による方法は分離・再現性にすぐれ，泳動時間が短かく，微量の試料で充分であるなどの点から急速に普及し，従来の沪紙法にとつて代りつつある。しかし，本法は従来の方法に比べてアルブミンがやや高値を示すなど測定値に多少の差が認められており^22）28），従つて本法による分画値はそのまま従来の方法による値とは比較できない。

1) In 22 healthy subjects and 144 patients with various skin diseases the total and fraction concentrations of the serum proteins were estimated with refractometry and cellu-lose-acetatemembrane electrophoresis, respectively. The results obtained were statistically analysed at 5% level. The values of fractions were expressed by "g/dl".

2) In healthy subjects, the total protein concentrations was 7.6±0.5; albumin 5.1±0.4 ; α₁ 0.3±0.1 ;α₂ 0.6±0.1 ;β0.6±0.1 ; and γ1.1±0.3 g/dl.

3) In all patients, a decrease of albumin and an increase of α₂, fractions were observed as statistically significant changes.

4) A decrease of albumin and an increase of α₁, fraction in allergic skin diseases, as well as decreases of total protein and albumin concentrations and an increase of α₂ fraction in nonallergic dermatoses were observed. Total protein and al concentrations were higher in allergic diseases ; α₂ was higher in nonallegic diseases.

5) In epidermoallergoses, neither the total protein nor the fraction concentrations showed any significant change. In corioallergoses, a decrease of albumin and an increase of α₁, and α₂ fractions were seen. Higher concentrations of albumin and α₁, fraction were found in epidermoallergoses and corioallergoses, respectively.

6) The values in individual diseases including more than 5 cases were statistically analysed. An increase of α₁ in chronic lupus erythematosus, a decrease of albumin in drug eruptions, a decrease of albumin and increases of α₁ and α₂ in toxicodermas, a decrease of albumin and an increase of α₂. in Behcet disease were observed.
