　はじめに

　木村病^1）は耳下部，顔面，頸部の皮下とリンパ節を中心にした無痛性の腫瘤を生じ，末梢血の好酸球増多やIgE高値をしばしば認める病因不明の良性疾患である。現在でも確立された治療法は報告されていない^2）。

　今回われわれは，手術的治療を要し，その後抗アレルギー剤投与を行った耳下腺木村病の4例を経験したので，そのうち3症例を呈示するとともに文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Kimura's disease is a chronic benign inflammatory dis-ease with eosinophilia in peripheral blood and its etiol-ogy is unknown. The decisive therapy has not been established in the head and neck region.

We reported 4 cases with Kimura's disease in the parotid gland treated with surgical treatment and admini-stration of antiallergic agent.

In two cases emedastine difumarate combination ther-apy or in ketotifen fumarate were effective postopera-tively. But two cases were not responded to the surgery and combined use of antiallergic agent.
