　はじめに

　木村病は頭頸部を中心とする腫瘤として，しばしば末梢血の好酸球増多やIgEの高値を認める良性疾患である。

　今回，木村病に末梢血好酸球増減と消長する口腔咽頭肉芽病変を認めた症例を経験したので報告する。

A 69-year-old man with a mass in the parotid gland in both sides presented with eosinophilia. Histological diagnosis of the right parotid gland was Kimura's dis-ease. One year later, he developed granulation tissue with eosinophilic infiltration in the oral cavity and the left parapharyngeal space which subsequently disap-peared without treatment. Then he developed a swelling of the retropharyngeal wall with eosinophilia, and received desensitization for Candida and administration of anti-allergic drugs. The swelling was reduced and there was no recurrence of any swelling of the parotid gland or the pharyngeal wall up to the present.
