はじめに
形質細胞は体内に広く分布しているが，その腫瘍性病変である形質細胞腫はほとんどが骨髄に発生し，骨髄外に発生する例は4〜5％と報告されている1〜3）。
今回われわれは，喉頭から気管に生じた髄外性形質細胞腫を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する。
A 53-year-old woman sufferded from dyspnea and hoarseness.
A swelling from the subglottis of the larynx to the tra-chea was recognized.
The laryngeal biopsy showed extramedullary plasma-cytoma. Immunohistochemical staining of the tumor revealed IgM-k type. Irradiation of 46 Gy of the larynx and trachea was carried out. Tumor was not increased and the change to multiple myeloma was not recognized to the present.
