　はじめに

　頭頸部領域は血管腫の好発部位であり，静脈石を有することも少なくない。しかし，喉頭血管腫のうち静脈石を有する症例は稀である。今回われわれは静脈石を有した喉頭血管腫の1例を経験したので，文献的考察を加え報告する。

A 57-year-old male complaining of abnormal sensation of the larynx and body weight loss presented with laryngeal hemangioma with phlebolithiasis. The tumor color was dark red and the surface was irregular, and it located between the right arythenoid and the aryepiglottic fold. The tumor was receted by lateral pharyngotomy. His-tological examination revealed cavenous heman-gioma with two phlebolithiasis.
