　はじめに

　サルコイドーシスは全身諸臓器に非乾酪壊死性類上皮肉芽腫を形成する原因不明の疾患であり，厚生省特定疾患に指定されている。耳鼻咽喉科としてはこの組織の採取を依頼されることがあり，また頸部リンパ節生検の結果としてその症例に遭遇するが，比較的稀なことである。今回われわれは過去25年間に当科でサルコイドーシスと診断された7症例について，臨床的に検討したので報告する。

Seven patients with head and neck sarcoidosis were treated from 1971 to 1995. There were one male and six females aged from 27 to 52 years. They manifested various clinical symptoms, such as neck mass in seven cases, proxymal facial palsy in two cases, and oral-epipharynx lymphoid mass in two cases. Pathologic samples were obtained from the neck mass in five cases and from the epipharyngeal mass in two cases. Three cases, who manifested symptoms only in the otolaryngologic region, showed spontaneous remission without any treat-ment.
