喉頭リンパ管腫の1例

ACASE OF LARYNGEAL LYMPHANGIOMA

Ⅰ．緒言

　喉頭リンパ管腫は，きわめてまれな疾患であつて，諸外国の文献も少なく，本邦報告例は，昭和17年山野氏，昭和29年吉井氏らの2例を見るにすぎない。最近，われわれはその1症例を経験したので，ここに報告するしだいである。

A case of lymphangioma is reported. A man, aged 58, complained of the loss of voice that came on suddenly. Examination showed the presence of polypoid growth on both vocal cords covering the anterior 2/3rds of their length. These growths were removed under indirect laryngoscopy with a complete recovery of the patient. The diagnosis was made by miciroscopic examination of the specimens removed.
