頬部静脈石の1例

BUCCAL PHLEBOLITH, A CASE REPORT

　I．はじめに

　頬部に静脈石を認めた症例は少なく，稀である。最近では堀川，柘植ら，北村らの報告がみられる。

　私どもも最近，頬部腫脹を主訴として来院し，試験切開をしたところ，多数の静脈石を認めた症例を経験したので報告する。

　A case of phlebolith is reported. A girl, aged 18, complained of a generalized swelling of the right cheek for the period of 8 years. A biopsy specimen was obtained from this swoolen area which included the oral mucous membrane. Microscopic examination revealed a number of phleboliths.
