　はじめに

　悪性線維性組織球腫（malignant fibrous his-tiocytoma，以下MFH）は，成人の悪性軟部組織腫瘍の中で最も頻度の高い腫瘍であり，中高年の四肢の軟部組織に好発する。今回われわれは，頭頸部領域では比較的稀である口腔内に発生したMFHを2例経験したので報告する。

Malignant fibrous histiocytoma (MFH) in the oral cavity is very rare. Case 1 was a 71-year-old male patient with MFH of the tongue. He received radiotherapy for laryngeal carcinoma 8 years ago. He was treated surgically. Cases 2 was a 47-year-old male patient with MFH of the oral floor. He was trated surgically, and with radiotherapy (60 Gy). Pathological examination in both cases in-dicated storiform pattern. There was no recurrence and metastasis at the time of this report.
