A Case of Kartagener's Syndrome

　はじめに

　Kartagener症候群は慢性副鼻腔炎，気管支拡張症，内蔵逆位を3主徴とする線毛運動の先天的異常疾患であり，immotile cilia syndrome （線毛運動不全症候群）の部分疾患と考えられている。今回われわれは，Kartagener症候群の1例を経験したので報告する。

A 18-year-old man developed nasal obstruction and rhinorrhea. He had a history of recurrentchronic sinusitis and bronchitis since childhood. Endscopic surgery was perfomed and a part of left inferior tubinate was resected during the operation. A lack of dynein arm in the cilia of the removed tissue was comfirmed under electrone microscope. Kartagener's syndrome is recently considered as one type of immotile cilia syndrome.
