　はじめに

　今回われわれは，縦隔サルコイド病変を合併した下咽頭癌の症例を経験した。両者の合併は報告もまれで，悪性腫瘍の臨床上，考慮すべき諸問題を含んでいるため，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 61-year-old man presented with hypopharyn-geal carcinoma and sarcoid lesions of the medias-tinum. Histological diagnosis of hypopharyngeal tumor was poorly differentiated squamous cell car-cinoma and mediastinal lymph nodes were diagnosed as sarcoid granulomas without car-cinoma metastasis. It was impossible to determine whether the mediastinal lesions were sarcoid-like reaction or systemic sarcoidosis. It was thought to be difficult to differentiate mediastinal metastasis from sarcoid-like reaction or systemic sarcoidosis by radiography and the histologic examinations were necessary. In our knowledge, this is the first report-ed case of sarcoid lesions with hypopharyngeal carcinoma.
