有茎性に発育した巨大な下咽頭悪性リンパ腫の1例

Malignant Lymphoma of the Hypopharynx: A Case of Large Pedunculated Tumor

　はじめに

　下咽頭原発の悪性リンパ腫は，全悪性リンパ腫の0.2％程度^1）で日常の診療で遭遇することは稀な疾患である。

　今回われわれは有茎性に下咽頭輪状後部より発生し易可動性で時々発声を障害するといった特異な症状を示した巨大な悪性リンパ腫の1例を経験したので症例を呈示するとともに若干の考察を加えて報告する。

A 61-year-old man visited our clinic with a chief complaint of occasional disturbance of vocality.

The examination revealed that a tumor was smooth in surface, elliptic in shape and 5.0 × 2.5 cm in size. This pedunclated tumor was arisen from the postcricoid area and moved from the hypopharynx into the inlet of the larynx with forced respiration.

Histological diagnosis was non-Hodgkin's dif-fuse lymphoma, medium-sized cell type, B-cell type.

Chemotherapy was not effective but the tumor disappeared by radiation therapy.
