　はじめに

　デスモイド腫瘍は骨格筋組織や腱筋膜から発生する比較的まれな腫瘍である。発生部位により腹壁デスモイド，腹壁外デスモイド，腹腔内デスモイドに分類されるが，腹壁外デスモイドは比較的まれとされ，特に頭頸部領域の報告は少ない。

　今回われわれは，66歳女性の右頸部に発生した1例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 66-year-old woman presented with a desmoid tumor in the right supraclavicular region. The tumor was found in the brachial plexus at surgery and was able to be removed from the nerves. Though desmoid tumor is histologically benign neoplasm of connective tissue arising from the musculoaponeurotic structure, it has a tendency to invade the surrounding tissue and to often recur locally, so it is necessary to remove the tumor with safety margin.
