鎖骨上窩に発生したデスモイド腫瘍の1例

Supraclavicular Desmoid Tumor:A Case Report

　はじめに

　デスモイド腫瘍は骨格筋組織，筋腱膜などから発生する腫瘍で，組織学的には良性であるが周囲組織への浸潤傾向が強く，その治療には十分な注意が必要である。その発生部位より腹壁デスモイド，腹壁外デスモイド，腹腔内デスモイドに分類されるが，腹壁外デスモイドが頭頸部に発症することは比較的稀である。今回われわれは，その中でも特に報告の少ない鎖骨上窩に発生したデスモイド腫瘍の1例を経験したので，治療の際の問題点などについて若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 49-year-old woman presented with desmoid tumor in the right supraclavicular region. Thetumor was surgically removed. At 6 months post-operatively, there was no evidence of recurrence.

Though desmoid tumor is histologically benign, it has a tendancy to invade the surrounding tissue. Local recurrence often occurs, and a long-term follow up is required.
