　はじめに

　転移性耳下腺腫瘍の頻度は小さく，その中でも腎細胞癌の転移症例はきわめて稀である。今回われわれは，腎細胞癌発見の動機が耳下腺への転移であった症例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 56-year-old woman presented with a painless lump in the right parotid gland. CT, MRI, and CAG demonstrated a vascular tumor in the superficial lobe of the parotid gland. Superficial parotidectomy was performed under general anesthesia. The his-topathological diagnosis was a metastatic renal cell carcinoma. Subsequent examination revealed a left renal tumor, and nephrectomy was performed. Metastatic parotid gland tumor from renal cell carcinoma is very rare. When we found a parotid tumor, we should think a possibility of metastatic tumor from renal cell carcinoma.
