腎細胞癌の耳下腺転移症例

A case of metastatic renal cell carcinoma to the parotid gland

　はじめに

　転移性耳下腺腫瘍は，頭頸部領域悪性腫瘍の耳下腺への転移，あるいは頭頸部領域以外の他臓器における悪性腫瘍の耳下腺実質への遠隔転移が知られている。転移性耳下腺腫瘍のなかで腎細胞癌の転移症例は非常にまれである。本稿では腎細胞癌の耳下腺転移症例について述べ，若干の考察を加えて報告する。

A patient, 59-year-old male, was admitted to the university hospital with a right parotid tumor without facial palsy. Parotidectomy on the right side was performed and the histopathological diagnosis of the extirpated tumor was metastatic renal cell carcinoma. Prior to the surgery, he had recieved a nephrectomy one year ago, and he had been treated for multiple metastases of renal cell carcinoma to the hones.
