　はじめに

　腎細胞癌は全身のあらゆる臓器に転移することが特徴であり，頭頸部領域への転移も決して稀ではない。しかし，腎癌の耳下腺転移症例は国内でも数例の報告があるにすぎず極めて稀である。今回，われわれは腎癌の耳下腺転移症例を1例経験したので文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 65-year-old man with a left parotid tumor was treated by conservative parotidectomy performed in the left side.

The histopathological diagnosis of the extirpated tumor was metastatic renal cell carcinoma of clear cell type. Before this surgery, he had received ne-phrectomy 2 weeks ago. We discussed metastasis of renal cell carcinoma in the head and neck region, especially in the parotid gland.
