はじめに
頭頸部領域における悪性リンパ腫は，頸部リンパ節，ワルダイエル輪，鼻副鼻腔などが多くを占め，頬部への発生は稀であるとされている。しかし，このたびわれわれは頬部に発生した悪性リンパ腫2例を5か月の間に相次いで経験したので若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。
Case 1; a 71-year-old male presented with non-Hodgkin lymphoma, diffuse small lymphocyte T cell type, arose in the subcutaneous tissue in the anterior surface of maxilla. He was treated withradiotherapy and chemotherapy.
Case 2; a 77-year-old female presented with non -Hodgkin lymphoma, diffuse large lymphocyte B cell type, arose almost in the same area as case 1. She was treated only with chemotherapy. In each case no residual tumor was found after the treat-ments.
We suspected that the primary lesion of these tumors was lymph nodes in the infraorbital area.
