癌性変化が疑われた頬粘膜腫瘍症例

Buccal Tumor Suspected as Malignant Change:Report of a Case

　はじめに

　耳鼻咽喉科領域では鼻腔や喉頭の乳頭腫が癌性変化をきたしうることが示唆されており，注意を要するとされている。一方，口腔内乳頭腫は比較的よくみられる疾患であるが，その悪性変化についての報告は極めて稀である。

　今回われわれは，口腔内乳頭状腫瘍に対し頻回の生検と手術を行ったが悪性像を認めなかった症例が，その治療の約1年後に頬粘膜癌として再発をした1症例を経験したので報告する。

A 48-year-old-man with buccal papillomatoustumor finally showed squamous papilloma by biop-sy after three different times.

One year later he had recurrence of buccal papil-lomatous tumor, and squamous cell carcinoma was diagnosed by histological examination. It was suspected that there was a malignant change of buccal papilloma.
