はじめに
悪性リンパ腫はリンパ球系細胞の腫瘍性増殖によって起こる全身疾患である。したがって，全身のいかなる部位にも発生する可能性はあるが，節外性リンパ腫，中でも頬部の皮下および軟部組織を初発とするのは比較的稀なこととされている。今回小川赤十字病院耳鼻咽喉科にて右頬部腫瘤を呈した節外性非ホジキンリンパ腫を経験したので報告する。
Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of the cheek in a 59-year-old woman is presented. She complaind of a swelling of the right cheek and pain. A soft tissue mass of the cheek was found and successful disappearance of the tumor was achieved by total resection and postoperative radiotherapy. The pathological findings showed diffuse non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, medium-sized cell type.
