頬部に生じた脂腺腫

・脂腺腫（sebaceoma）は，顔面や頭頸部に好発する脂腺分化を示す良性腫瘍である．

・今回われわれは，頬部に生じた脂腺腫の1例を経験したため報告した．

・ダーモスコピーにて，結節の辺縁部分に黄色調の強い部分があり，中央部には白色調〜淡紅色の部位がみられ，結節辺縁にはさまざまな太さの樹枝状血管を全周性に認めた．

・脂腺腫は初診時診断に苦慮する疾患であるが，ダーモスコピーが診断の一助として有用と考えた．

A case of sebaceoma on the cheek

Sebaceoma is a rare benign adnexal neoplasm with sebaceous differentiation. Herein, we describe a case of sebaceoma occurred on the cheek. A 74-year-old women visited to our department for the nodule on the cheek, which she had noticed 10 years earlier. Clinical examination showed an elastic-hard, nodular, circumscribed mass measuring 7×10 mm with teleangiectasia. Based on histopathological findings, the patient was diagnosed with sebaceoma. Sebaceoma is often difficult to diagnose with clinical features, the dermoscopic findings are helpful in diagnosis.
