　はじめに

　神経鞘腫をはじめとした神経原腫瘍が，他の頸部腫瘍と合併することは一般にまれである。今回われわれは，神経原腫瘍と喉頭癌または甲状腺腫瘍の合併のために，術前診断に苦慮した2症例を経験したので，文献的考察を含め報告する。

We reported two patients in those each presented with two different types of neck tumors. A patient had follicular adenoma in the leftlobe of the thy-roid gland and neurilemmoma in the leftparatra-cheal region. The other patient had carcinoma of the larynx and ganglioneuroma of the sympathetic nerve. The preoperative diagnosis of malignant tumor with lymph node metastasis was difficult in the preoperative examinations including CT-scan. These neurogenic tumors were removed with lymph node dissection. Histological findings of the tumor demonstrated Antoni A type of neurilemmoma in the first case, and scar like tissue in ganglion in the second case.
