悪性腫瘍を思わせた上顎洞ムコツエーレ症例

　I．緒言

　頬部が腫脹しX線写真により上顎洞の拡大及び骨壁破壊が認められた場合，吾々は先ず上顎悪性腫瘍を考える。私は最近一見上顎悪性腫瘍を思わせたが，手術所見及び組織学的検査により悪性腫瘍を否定し得た上顎洞ムコツエーレと思われる一症例を経験したので報告する。

The swelling of the cheek, in a woman aged 75, highly suggested a malignant grow-th by evidence of bony destructions and enlargement of the maxillary sinus cavity found with x-ray examination. However, a microscopical examination of the tissues after their surgical removrl showed the growth to be a mucocele.
