家族性耳下腺腫瘍

Familial Parotid Tumor

　はじめに

　家族性に発生する腫瘍として，網膜芽細胞腫，Wilms腫瘍，乳癌，家族性大腸ポリポージスなどがよく知られている。このうち遺伝性腫瘍として網膜芽細胞腫では40％^1），Wilms腫瘍では15〜20％^2）が遺伝性といわれているが，遺伝子についてはまだ確定されていない。

　耳下腺腫瘍が家族性に発生することは非常に稀で，今までに7家族の発表しかない^3）。今回，われわれの報告する耳下腺に発生した家族性のAdenolymphomaは8番目で，Adenolymphomaでは3家族目である。Adenolymphomaは両側性に，また多中心性に発生することが多いので，本家系の遺伝性の可能性について検討を加えて報告する。

Familial occurance of parotid tumor is extreme-ly rare. The present cases of adenolymphoma are the 8th of the reported cases and the 3rd of familial adenolymphoma cases.

In 8 had siblings, an elder female patient had bilateral and multiple tumors while a younger sister had unilateral multiple tumors. The ages of onset were similar to the age in non-familial disease.

The possibility of inheritance of the tumor in our case was studied. A benign entity may account for non-juvenile onset of this disorder occurring close to the age of non-familial disease. The disease appeared to be hereditary because of familial and multiple occurrence.
