耳下腺内リンパ節腫大の1症例

Hyperplasia of Lymph Node in the Parotid Gland

I．はじめに

　耳下腺には組織学的に異なった各種の腫瘤が発生する。小児の腫瘤では血管腫の発生頻度が最も高いが，これは1歳以下のものに多い。1歳以上では多形性腺腫である。悪性のものではmucoepidermoid tumorがみられる。また，一方では非腫瘍性の腫瘤も稀にみられ，鑑別に困難なことがある。

　今度，耳下腺腫瘍の診断のもとに手術をした結果，耳下腺内のリンパ節腫大であった1例を経験したので，多少の文献的考察を加えて報告する次第である。

　A 11-year-old male patient had hyperplasia of a lymph node in the parotid gland and this lymph node was regarded as reactive follicular hyperplasia due to inflammatory change in the surrounding area. His symptom was a painless swelling of the parotid gland which fluctuated rather quickly. It was difficult to differentiate it from parenchymatous parotid tumor, and histological examination should be required.
