緒言
喉頭に発生する悪性リンパ腫は非常に稀であり，一般には，全喉頭悪性腫瘍の1％未満といわれている。今回，われわれは喉頭に発生した悪性リンパ腫を2例経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。
A 46-year-old female was found a tumor of the larynx and lingual tonsil. The histological examina-tion revealed malignant lymphoma, diffuse mixed cell type, B cell type, in clinical stage Ⅱ E. She was successfully treated with chemotherapy.
The other patient was a 30-year-old female who presented with malignant lymphoma, T cell type, diffuse medium-sized cell type, of the larynx. No evidence of disease was found elsewhere in the body.
She was successfully treated with irradiation. In these two cases, no sign of recurrence was noted in 1.5~3.5 years follow-up period.
The literature on malignant lymphoma of the larynx was reviewed and discussed.
