喉頭原発悪性リンパ腫の1例

Malignant Lymphoma of the Larynx:Report of a Case

緒言

　喉頭原発の悪性リンパ腫は稀な疾患であり全喉頭悪性腫瘍の1％未満と言われている。我々は最近，声門下から気管の一部に達した限局性の非ホジキン型悪性リンパ腫の1例を経験したので症例を呈示するとともに文献的および治療上の考察を加えて報告する。

Malignant lymphoma of the larynx is very rare and its incident is reported less than 1% of all laryngeal malignancies. A 70-year-old female pre-sented with malignant lymphoma of the subglottis. Biopsy was performed, and the histological ex-amination revealed non-Hodgkin lymphoma, diffuse large cell type, in clinical stage 1E. She was suc-cessfully treated with radiotherapy (60 Gy) and chemotherapy (CVP). No sign of recurrence was noted in the 1 year follow-up period. The literature on lymphoma of the larynx was also reviewed and discussed.
