喉頭に発生した悪性リンパ腫

Malignant Lymphoma of the Larynx: A Report of Case

　I．はじめに

　喉頭の非上皮性腫瘍はきわめてまれな疾患であり，その頻度は内外の報告をみても全喉頭腫瘍の2％未満である。非上皮性腫瘍の中で悪性腫瘍となるとさらにまれで，喉頭悪性腫瘍の1％未満という報告が多く，その中で喉頭の悪性リンパ腫は，われわれが1960年〜1980年の21年間に渉猟し得た文献では本邦に24例の報告を認めるのみであった。今回，われわれは声門上に発生した喉頭悪性リンパ腫の1例を経験したので，その臨床経過を報告するとともに文献的考察を加えた。

　A rare case of malignant lymphoma of the larynx in a 39-year-old female is reported. Biopsy of the right false cord was performed and the histological examination revealed malignant lymphoma (lymphocytic poorly differentiated type). She was successfully treated with chemotherapy (COP) and irradiation (4000 rad).

　24 cases of malignant lymphoma of the larynx have been reported in the Japanese literature during a period of 1960-1980.
