I．はじめに

　喉頭悪性リンパ腫は全喉頭悪性腫瘍の1％未満といわれる非常に稀な疾患である。今回著者らは声門上部から声門部に限局した非ホジキン型悪性リンパ腫の1症例を経験した。喉頭よりの病理診断用組織片の採取にレーザー外科を応用し有用てあることがわかったので，症例を呈示するとともにその方法を紹介し，併せて若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　Malignant lymphoma of the larynx is very rare and its incidence is reported less than 1% of all laryngeal malignancies. The paper reports thisrare tumor found in a 56-year-old male with review of the literatures. Indirect laryngoscopy and radiographics revealed a mass on the right false vocal fold. In order to obtain a large biopsy specimen requiring histological typing, an endoscopic laser surgery was employed. The tumor was classified as non-Hodgkin lymphoma, diffuse lymphoma of small cell type, and its clinical stage was Ia. Although the tumor was well controlled by radiation, chemotherapy was supplemented to prevent dissemination. No sign of recurrence was notable during the follow-up period of 1.5 years.
