はじめに
喉頭腫瘍のうち良性腫瘍の占める割合は小さく，多くは乳頭腫で軟骨腫は極めてまれな疾患である。
輪状軟骨より発生した軟骨腫の1例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。
Cartilaginous tumor of the larynx is quite rare. Only 40 cases have been reported previously in Japan including this case. A 46-year-old woman with laryngeal chondroma underwent total laryn-gectomy.
Laryngeal CT scan showed the tumorous lesion growing from the posterior lamina of the cricoid cartilage.
Histopathological examination showed chon-droma of the cricoid cartilage.
