I．はじめに
喉頭に限局した悪性リンパ腫は非常に稀で，喉頭の全悪性腫瘍の1％以下であるといわれている。腫瘍の大部分は，声門上型である。著者らは最近，声門下に限局した悪性リンパ腫と原発性肝癌の合併した症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。
A 73-year-old female with malignant lymphoma of the subglottis accompanied with hepatoma is presented. The lymphoma was treated successfully by radiotherapy but the hepatoma was not radically treated.
The literature on malignant lymphoma of the larynx was reviewed and discussed.
