はじめに

　外傷や腫瘍などのために耳介の部分欠損が生ずることは稀ではない。耳介は側頭部という目立つ部位に存在し，その再建は整容上重要である。しかし複雑な形態の耳介軟骨を薄い皮膚が包むという特殊なサンドウィッチ構造のため，その再建は困難であることが多い。1967年に報告されたAntia法^1）は，耳介の組織欠損を同じ耳介内の組織で修復でき，比較的簡単な手技で整容的に優れた結果を得ることができる。本法による耳介再建症例を報告する。

Three cases of articular segmental defects are presented. They were successfully treated by chondrocutaneous advancement flap (Antia's me-thod). The advantages of this procedure are as follows : 1) Intra-auricular operation. no donor site is necessary. 2) One stage operation. 3) Good color and texture match. 4) Operation can be done under local anestheisa. The disadvantages are : 1) Repaired ear, especially the lobule, tends to be smaller than its former size. 2) Repaired ear might protrude forwards or become like a lop ear. Based on our experience, we believe that this method is the first choice in recons-tructing the marginal (helical) defect which is no longer than 4cm.
