緒言
私共は最近，先天性並に後天性の鼻翼部分的欠損の各1症例に遭遇し，之に対して患者の耳介より軟骨を含む皮弁を採り，之を鼻翼に遊離移植し略満足すべき結果を得た。此の種の整形の報告は我国に於ては少いものの様であるから，我々の経験を記して御参考に供し度い。
Kurozumi and associates describe a method of prosthetic surgery by which deformed and missing ala nasi in 2 cases were reconstructed by total graft from the auricle that included the skin and cartilage.
