はじめに

　オンコサイトーマはかつて膨大細胞腫や好酸性腺腫といわれ，頭頸部領域においては耳下腺，顎下腺，鼻腔，口蓋などにも認められ，なかでも耳下腺に好発するといわれる稀な良性腫瘍である。このたび当科で経験した6例のオンコサイトーマ症例について検討し，それらの臨床的特徴をまとめたうえで，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　We reported 6 patients of oncocytoma of the parotid gland. They were 0.58％ of all parotid gland tumors treated in our department. They were all women. They did not complain three bad signs for malignant parotid carcinoma. Oncocytoma was difficult for diagnose by fine needle aspiration cytology, but not by frozen section biopsy. But it is difficult to distinguish oncocytoma from oncocytic carcinoma in pathological findings. Some reports showed that recurrence or malignant change should be followed up for a long period of time.
